Unit 14 is all-electric with central air-conditioning and heat. It is furnished as pictured, one bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has a king size bed, also each has a night stand with lamp, chest of drawers and a large walk-in closet. Both bathrooms have a tub with shower, a vanity, wall mirror and storage cabinets under the sink. It rents for $450/month. The security/cleaning deposit is $350 which is fully refundable if the unit is vacated in rent ready condition. The rent is by the month, with the only requirement being a 30 day notice. There is a locked US Postal Service mailbox available for a $10 key deposit, no rent. Unit 14 is phone ready, Southwestern Bell charges $39 hookup. There is a TV antennae for local stations; satellite dish cable is available through competitive local suppliers. The clean Rec Hall is open 24/7 with well-maintained coin-op washers @ $1.25/wash and dryers @ 50¢ for 30 minutes drying. |
