Unit 15 has central air-conditioning and heat. It has a propane stove. It is furnished as pictured, the two smaller bedrooms have twin size beds, a small chest of drawers and a closet; the larger bedroom has a full size bed with night stand, lamp and a large closet. The bathroom has a tub with shower, a vanity, wall mirror and storage cabinets under the sink and by the tub; the 1/2 bath has a toilet and sink with wall mirror and vanity. It rents for $385/month. The security/cleaning deposit is $300 which is fully refundable if the unit is vacated in rent ready condition. The rent is by the month, with the only requirement being a 30 day notice. There is a locked US Postal Service mailbox available for a $10 key deposit, no rent. Unit 15 is phone ready, Southwestern Bell charges $39 hookup. There is a TV antennae for local stations; satellite dish cable is available through competitive local suppliers. The clean Rec Hall is open 24/7 with well-maintained coin-op washers @ $1.25/wash and dryers @ 50¢ for 30 minutes drying. |
