Both bathrooms have a tub with shower, a vanity, wall mirror and storage cabinets under the sink. It rents for $495/month. The security/cleaning deposit is fully refundable if the unit is vacated in rent ready condition. The rent is by the month, with the only requirement being a 30 day notice. There is a locked US Postal Service mailbox available for a $10 key deposit, no rent. Unit 19 is phone ready, AT&T charges $39 hookup. There is a TV antenna for local stations; satellite dish service is available through competitive local suppliers.
