Unit 21 is all-electric with central air-conditioning and heat. It is furnished as pictured, the front bedroom has a queen size bed, the rear a full size bed, both have a night stand and lamp, a chest of drawers and a large closet. Both bathrooms have a tub with shower, wall mirror and storage cabinets under the sink. It is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen, dining room and rear entry. There are full length carport/awnings on both sides in addition to large trees. It rents for $475/month. The security/cleaning deposit is fully refundable if the unit is vacated in rent ready condition. The rent is by the month, with the only requirement being a 30 day notice. There is a locked US Postal Service mailbox available for a $10 key deposit, no rent. Unit 21 is phone ready, AT&T charges $39 hookup. There is a TV antennae for local stations; satellite dish cable is available through competitive local suppliers. The clean Rec Hall is open 24/7 with well-maintained coin-op washers @ $1.25/wash and dryers @ 50¢ for 30 minutes drying. |
