Unit 21 is all-electric with central air-conditioning and heat. It is furnished as pictured, one bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has two long twins, all with night stands and lamp, chest of drawers and a large closets. Both bathrooms have tubs with showers, wall mirrors and storage cabinets under the sinks. It is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and rear entry. There are full length carport/awnings on both sides in addition to large trees. It rents for $475/month. The security/cleaning deposit is $350 which is fully refundable if the unit is vacated in rent ready condition. The rent is by the month, with the only requirement being a 30 day notice. There is a locked US Postal Service mailbox available for a $10 key deposit, no rent. Unit 21 is phone ready, Southwestern Bell charges $39 hookup. There is a TV antennae for local stations; satellite dish cable is available through competitive local suppliers. The clean Rec Hall is open 24/7 with well-maintained coin-op washers @ $1.25/wash and dryers @ 50¢ for 30 minutes drying. |
