Unit 22 is all-electric with central air-conditioning and heat. It has a double roof, window awnings, large carport and picnic table. It is furnished, the front bedroom has a queen size bed, the rear bedroom has a full size bed, all with night stands and lamps, chest of drawers in both and large closets. Both bathrooms have a tub with shower, a vanity, wall mirror and storage cabinets under the sink. It rents for $475/month. The security/cleaning deposit is $350 which is fully refundable if the unit is vacated in rent ready condition. The rent is by the month, with the only requirement being a 30 day notice. There is a locked US Postal Service mailbox available for a $10 key deposit, no rent. Unit 22 is phone ready, Southwestern Bell charges $39 hookup. There is a TV antennae for local stations; satellite dish cable is available through competitive local suppliers. The clean Rec Hall is open 24/7 with well-maintained coin-op washers @ $1.25/wash and dryers @ 50¢ for 30 minutes drying.
