Unit 7 is all-electric with central air-conditioning and heat. It is furnished as pictured, both bedrooms have a full size bed, night stand with lamp, chest of drawers and a large closet. The bathroom has a tub with shower, a vanity and 2 wall mirrors and storage cabinets under the sink. It rents for $385/month. The security/cleaning deposit is $300 which is fully refundable if the unit is vacated in rent ready condition. The rent is by the month, with the only requirement being a 30 day notice. There is a locked US Postal Service mailbox available for a $10 key deposit, no rent. Unit 7 is phone ready, Southwestern Bell charges $39 hookup. There is a TV antennae for local stations; satellite dish cable is available through competitive local suppliers.
